Meet Joseph

Palm and Ridge founder Joseph Chiavatti hails from North Tustin and grew up in a real estate family, so he understands the ins and outs of Orange County’s competitive market. Since earning his broker’s license in 2015, he’s been going above and beyond for clients, with an approach centered around honesty, integrity, and trust. A dedicated professional who carries a clients-first mentality, Joseph is a firm believer in the old adage, “Build relationships, and the business will follow.” Over the years, he has assisted a wide variety of buyers and sellers, from families and first-timers to investors and seniors looking to downsize.

 

With a background that includes working for the Tustin Police Department as a crime scene investigator, it’s safe to say that nothing escapes Joseph’s analytical mind and sharp eye for detail. He can spot potential red flags early in a transaction, which often saves his clients time and money down the line.

 

Serving his community by offering stellar real estate representation is Joseph’s biggest passion, and his love of technology is a close second. A consultant for several real estate tech companies, Joseph keeps abreast of the latest tools. Also a committed lifelong learner, Joseph hasn’t let his education lapse since earning his degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate Emphasis from Chapman University. He continues to attend classes and trainings on the latest changes to real estate law, current market trends, negotiation tactics, team building, and more.

 

When he isn’t busy assisting his clients, you can find Joseph cheering on the Anaheim Ducks, golfing, or volunteering at his church and in the community. He loves spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their dog, Max, whom they adore.
